Elizabeth Imbert, MD, MPH

Dr. Elizabeth Imbert is an Associate Professor in the Division of HIV, Infectious Diseases and Global Medicine at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. Dr. Imbert is the Clinical Lead for the POP-UP program at Ward 86, which provides low-barrier, high-intensity care for people living with HIV who experience homelessness and unstable housing. Dr. Imbert is the MD/Epi lead for the Shelter/Encampment Outbreak Response Team in the San Francisco COVID-19 Command Center.

Hemal Kanzaria, MD, MSc, is the Department of Care Coordination (DoCC) Medical Director at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG) and an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where he holds the Terry A. Patinkin, MD, Endowed Professorship. At ZSFG, he is responsible for leading the design and implementation of care coordination, social services, and utilization management activities.

Dr. Raven is a practicing Emergency Medicine physician and health services researcher, is the Chief of Emergency Medicine at UCSF and a Vice Chair in the UCSF Department of Emergency Medicine. Prior to joining the UCSF faculty in 2011, Dr. Raven completed her residency and a research fellowship at NYU/Bellevue Hospital Center and oversaw one of six New York State Department of Health-funded Chronic Illness Demonstration Projects for the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation and New York State Medicaid.
